Stratford CT Single family home sales in November 2015 INCREASED 7% compared to November 2014 sales.


Listing and closed price averages both went down 8%.   The median was UP 3%. 

 

Days on the market went down 21%.

 
The absorption rate for the month went further into seller's market territory at 4.27 months, meaning if there was no new inventory, it would take 4.27 months to sell off the active 188 listings. 

The number of listings decreased 18% from last month explaining the lower rate and a seller's market.
