AspetucAspetuck Village Shelton CTk Village condominium complex,  located in the Huntington section of Shelton, CT,  just a short distance from Huntington Center and Brownson Country Club, continues to be a popular community for its wide variety of unit styles and configurations, pricing, location and  probably the biggest reasons....

1. low property taxes compared to surrounding towns along with

2. relatively low monthly common charges by comparison to other communities.

Built in phases from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s, the complex boasts 455 townhouse AND the very popular ranch units ranging from approximately 1,600 square feet to 3,000 square feet. 

Part of the complex appeal is that is NOT a 'cookie cutter' community.  

 

Many of the units have been updated, some completely that it feels like walking into a new home. Thus, there are price differentials ranging from the mid -$200s to lower to mid- $400s.   All units have a basement and many are finished, which adds considerably to the living space.  Some are located on the back nine of the Brownson Country Club golf course and provide absolutely beautiful views.
